Diplomates may log into www.ucns.org at any time to update or view their information as needed and update their user credentials as described below. The email you indicate as “preferred” on your diplomate profile is the email where password reset information will be sent if needed. The UCNS website works best using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

Email [email protected] to request assistance or if you are locked out of your account after three unsuccessful sign in attempts.

To log in to your UCNS profile:

  1. Click "Sign In" towards the upper right-hand corner of any page
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. When logged in, click "Hi, <your name>" towards the upper right-hand corner to be taken to your UCNS profile

To change your username and/or password

  1. When logged in, click "Hi, <your name>" towards the upper right-hand corner to go to your UCNS profile
  2. Click "Preferences" in the blue bar
  3. Click the "Change password and/or username" link
  4. Provide the requested information and click "Save"

To edit your contact information:

  1. When logged in, click "Hi, <your name>" towards the upper right-hand corner to be taken to your UCNS profile
  2. To edit information, click on the pencil icon to the right of the information you wish to edit
    • Name change requests must be submitted to UCNS
    • Required information is indicated with a red asterisk
  3. The email address associated with your preferred contact information will be used to recover a lost or forgotten username and/or password

To pay C-cert fees

  1. When logged in, click "Hi, <your name>" towards the upper right-hand corner to be taken to your UCNS profile
  2. Click the "Pay Now" button on the left
    • If you know you have not paid your fee but the blue button isn't working, check to make sure the fee has not already been added to your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon towards the top right near "Hi, <your name>" and proceeding with your payment from there
  3. On the next screen, click View Cart to be taken to the payment screen where you can enter your credit card information (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express) and complete your payment

To Access C-cert Quizzes

  1. When logged in, click "Hi, <your name>" towards the upper right-hand corner to be taken to your UCNS profile
  2. Click the Assessments tab located within the blue bar in the middle of the page
  3. Click on the hyperlink below “My Assessments” to enter your Assessments page
  4. Scroll down on the Assessments page to locate your annual C-cert quiz
  5. Click on the “Write Assessment” button to begin your quiz

To print a payment confirmation 

  1. When logged in, click "Hi, <your name>" towards the upper right-hand corner to be taken to your UCNS profile
  2. Click on "History" in the blue bar between "My Participation" and "Preferences"
  3. Email confirmations are listed in "Recent interactions"

To update your medical licensure and board certification information:

  1. When logged in, click "Hi, <your name>" towards the upper right-hand corner to be taken to your UCNS profile 
  2. Click on "Licensure and Board Certification" in the blue bar
  3. Required information is indicated with a red asterisk
  4. To add information, click on the + to the right of the information you wish to edit
  5. To edit existing information, click on the pencil icon to the right of the information you wish to edit
  6. Information can be added or edited but it cannot be deleted

To print a CME certificate

For CME earned on or before June 10, 2021:
  1. When logged in, click "Hi, <your name>" towards the upper right-hand corner to be taken to your UCNS profile
  2. Click on "My Participation" in the blue bar
  3. Click on the small PDF icon to generate your certificate and download it to your computer

For CME earned after June 10, 2021:
  1. When logged in, click "Hi, <your name>" towards the upper right-hand corner to be taken to your UCNS profile
  2. Click on "History" in the blue bar
  3. Email confirmations are listed in "Recent interactions"
  4. Click on the subject to either resend the email or download it to your computer
